✿ What is your return and/or refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are non-refundable.  However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Joyful Blooms.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers or any other item you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.  Should you have any questions regarding the care of your flowers, please contact us during our business hours, and we will be happy to assist you.

✿ How can I make a payment?

We accept the following payment types: Credit Cards, Venmo, CashApp, Square and Zelle.

✿ Will the flowers look exactly like the pictures shown in the website? 

Not exactly, we are working with mother nature after all.  Our photos represent an overall theme/look. But we do promise your arrangements will be a similar beauty.  This being said, flower tweaks may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. However, we will always follow the style, theme and color scheme of the bouquet picked.   Additionally, the substitution of certain flower types, such as an all rose bouquet, may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In this case, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

✿ I am looking for something I don't see on your website?

If you do not see something specific, like a color or flower, it'd be something you would request in a custom order. You can start a custom order us by clicking here.

✿ When will my flowers be delivered?

As soon as you would like! All flowers are ready next day, for example if place your order on Monday your flowers will be ready on Tuesday. However, if you order on Friday your flowers will be ready on Monday. You can also request a specific date. Take into consideration busy holidays.
