You authorize recurrent charges to your credit card unless canceled with our weekly and bi-weekly plans. And/or you authorize a one time charge to your credit card with our 3 month period plan.

  • What's a flower subscription?
    A subscription is when you continuously want flowers to be delivered for you to enjoy in your home or workspace.
  • What type of flowers will I get?
    We pick our flowers based on seasonality and availability. Our flower bouquets will always have a modern, gorgeous and fun design!
  • How many stems come in a bouquet?
    15-18 stems will come with your beautiful assorted bouquet. Our bouquets are full of JOY! ;)
  • Is there an extra fee for delivery?
    Delivery is complimentary with every subscription as long you are within our delivery area ;)
  • Where do you deliver?
    Currently we only deliver within Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, FL. If you live outside of those towns, please contact us so we can discuss further and see if we can make it happen for you ;)
  • When do you deliver?
    We deliver on Thursdays between 10am-6pm. We deliver our flowers on Thursdays because we want you to be "weekend ready" and have your arrangament looking its best in case you have guests over or just for you enjoy when you are home most of the time.
  • What if I'm not home at the moment of delivery?
    If you are not home, we highly recommend that you have a neighbor or friend accept your flowers, and bring them indoors. If this is not possible we have different options: 1) If Wednesdays between 9am and 6pm don't work at all for you, let us know prior to subscribing and we'll try to accommodate another day for you (however, this is not guaranteed) 2) If you will not be home on a specific Wednesday between the hours of deliveries, you can let us know at least 72 hrs in advance that you will not be home. We can coordinate to deliver them on a day and time that you'll be home or we can also leave your bouquet in a secure place. We are always a text/ phone call or email away so please contact us and we will always try to accommodate your needs! We need 72 hrs notice for special instructions.
  • What if I live in a gated community?
    Please let us know at the time of signing up if there is a special code or if you have to put us on a list. This way our delivery is flawless for you and us. We can't come back at another time or day if we encounter any problems and instructions were not provided.
  • What if I'm on vacation?
    You can edit and skip deliveries at any time within your account for no extra charge. We need 48hrs notice.
  • Can I choose the types of flowers that are used in the bouquets?
    Part of the excitement of the Joyful Blooms experience is the wonderful surprise you'll have every single time you recieve our bouquets! Our subscriptions are currently set up for our flower experts to curate only. They will professionally curate seasonal flowers that will compliment all the seasons in an modern and artistic way for your home or workspace.
  • Do I get a new vase with every flower shipment?
    You'll get a vase with your first delivery. After that, you'll get your bouquets beautifully wrapped.
  • Can I give a subscription as a gift?
    Of course! The only thing we will need from the recipient is their first and last name, address, phone number, and any instructions on delivery, (such as if they live in a gated community). Please call or text to set it up.
  • Are there any other fees?
    None at all :)
  • What if I'm not happy with my bouquet?
    We take our products and our services very seriously. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your product or service. Please let us know. We are here to help and to make things right for you!
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you are not happy with your delivery, please let us know inmediatley in person at the moment of delivery. If you are not home at the moment of delivery you can always contact us by texting, emailing or calling us within 24 hours of delivery and we will review your inquiry as quickly as possible. We always strive for your your package to be delivered in perfect condition.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel at any time within your account. You can also give us a ring, send a text or email us! There's no extra fee or any questions asked *We need at least 72 hours in advance to cancel the current week delivery.
  • I'm having difficulties with my member account
