Vases and flowers are chosen vase on ocassion/availability if directions are not provided. Quality and aesthetics are very important to us so rest assure we'll coordinate something that goes well with the ocassion.

Your flowers will be ready for pick up or delivery the next day or as requested. Monday- Friday (NO Saturday or Sunday deliveries!)

Will the flowers look exactly like the pictures shown in the website? 

Not exactly, we are working with Mother Nature after all.  Our photos represent an overall theme/look. But we do promise your arrangements will be a similar beauty.  This being said, flower tweaks may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. However, we will always follow the style, theme and color scheme of the bouquet picked.   Additionally, the substitution of certain flower types, such as an all rose bouquet, may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In this case, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are non-refundable.  However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Joyful Blooms.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers or any other item you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.  Should you have any questions regarding the care of your flowers, please contact us during our business hours, and we will be happy to assist you.
